Seeking a Knowledgeable Common Sense Minded Assistant floor cleaner to run our morning retail floor cleaning division in the Rochester NY Area you must have knowledge in all aspects of the floor care industry basic things you must know are:
1.) Floor Washing and Buffing (YOU WILL BE DOING A MAJORITY OF THIS TYPE OF WORK IN THE MORNINGS WITH YOUR ASSISTANT)
(Must know how to use an Auto scrubber, Propane Buffer, Scrap a floor, detail clean edges, use a mop and bucket)
2.) Wash and Re coat (MUST BE ABLE TO DECIDE WHEN THE RETAIL FLOOR WILL NEED THIS SERVICE TO BE DONE AND THEN YOU WILL SCHEDULE WITH ONE OF OUR SEPARATE CREWS)
(Must have the knowledge to use a Auto scrubber with proper pads an chemical, detail edges and apply wax if needed)
3.) Strip and Wax (MUST BE ABLE TO DECIDE WHEN THE RETAIL FLOOR WILL NEED THIS SERVICE TO BE DONE AND THEN YOU WILL SCHEDULE WITH ONE OF OUR SEPARATE CREWS)
(Must have the knowledge to use a Propane Stripper, detail edges and apply wax)
Must be Self driven, Self motivated, Have good customer skills, Able to train and manage others in addition to having a valid drivers license and own transportation to get back and forth to our Victor NY Warehouse / Office You will drive our vehicle to all job site's.
Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
NOTE:
We are looking for a full time Assistant Floor Cleaner in retail floor cleaning that can help Assist to take control of our retail floor accounts in the Rochester NY area you will be our assistant working floor tech and will have the responsibility of doing early morning floor accounts Monday mornings to Friday mornings and Every other Saturday (SUNDAYS OFF)
OUR REGIONAL MANAGER FROM BUFFALO NY WILL BE TRAINING FOR THIS POSITION TO ASSURE ACCOUNTABILITY
Start times will but are usually 6 am to 1 or 2 pm (give or take an hour here or there) you will be using our vehicle with our floor equipment.
Pick up and drop off will be at our warehouse / office in Rochester NY you
