Job Duties include:
Job-site and property clean-up
Maintenance work on rental homes/apartments
Material pick-up and deliveries
Grounds work in our communities througout the area
Demo/Rehab crew helpers - opportunity to learn
Positions also open for Carpenters, Electrician & Service Technicians!
Hourly pay based on skill set and experience.
Full-time position with paid vacation/holidays.
Based out of Avon/Caledonia with office to job-site vehicle/transportation provided.
