Highland Maintenance Inc., located at 95 Mt Read Blvd, door #5, is currently looking to hire part-time daytime cleaners for apartment turnover cleaning in the Webster and Fairport areas.
Employees will responsible for cleaning the apartment once the tenant has moved out. The apartments will be empty. Duties involved are but not limited to cleaning the kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, counters, cabinets, etc.), bathrooms, vacuuming carpet, mopping hard floor surfaces, dusting, spot cleaning windows, sweeping garage, and cleaning the washer and dryer exteriors.
There will be a weeks notice in advance to schedule and accommodate all involved. Each apartment usually takes between 3.5-4.5 hours to clean and can start as early as 9am.
*Must have reliable transportation
*Must be VERY detail oriented
