Calling Potential Clients
Working with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets
Creating Logs / Spreadsheets for the Office and Field Teams.
Scheduling Meetings
Consistently able to quickly grasp complex tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to effectively manage customer expectations, instruct subordinates, and keep upper management informed.
Ability to work well within a team environment as well as on my own.
Willingness to do whatever work is necessary to get the job done.
Ability to communicate with employees, peers, and all levels of management.
Answering phone calls
Filing of files on-line and and paperwork
Assisting the accountant with simple bookkeeping and payroll tasks
Knowledge of Quickbooks and all Google products a must for the candidate.
