We're hiring for a dispatch position which does include nights & weekends,
Dispatch duties include:
-Answer incoming calls
-Quote prices as needed
-Dispatching appropriate tow trucks
-Maintaining ETAs throughout busy times
-Multi tasking in high volume situations
-Keeping track of drivers / trucks
-Upholding good customer relations
