Datrose has an exceptional opportunity to work as a Front Desk Office Assistant performing general office and clerical duties as well as customer service support on-site at a client location within RIT. This is a full-time temporary position expected to last through September. Schedule for this position is 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Pay rate for this position starts at $12.75/hr.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with answering incoming calls to department
Periodically assist with answering emails sent to department email accont
Input transportation data numbers in Excel spreadsheet
Check voicemail during day and return phone calls
Handle assignments and projects as assigned by the Director, Enforcement and Transportation Managers
Maintain and update files.
PowerPoint presentations and other special projects
Assist with issuing and receiving FMS contractor keys
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months previous customer service experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products; specifically PowerPoint and Excel
Friendly and customer service-oriented personality
Ability to prioritize tasks and shuffle several tasks simultaneously
