Property Management Company is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to oversee an apartment community.
We are currently accepting applications for a qualified Leasing Consultant for leasing and administrative activities. We are seeking a candidate that understands the importance of customer service, attention to detail, and support the philosophy of going above and beyond our tenant's expectations.
This position also plays an integral role in tenant retention through organizing and participation in activities, renewal preparation and follow-up with tenant needs.
The Ideal Candidate should possess:

-Records Management & Bookkeeping Skills

-Critical thinking, sound decision-making and time management skills
-Professional demeanor
-Ability to assimilate information
-High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
-Sales and Customer Service experience strongly preferred
-Be familiar with Federal, State and local Fair Housing laws.
-Valid driver's license and transportation required.
Responsibilities Include but not Limited to: The Leasing Consultant is primarily responsible for leasing apartments, responding to telephone and e-mail inquiries, scheduling appointments, greeting prospects, completing guest cards, showing apartments and amenity areas to all prospects, accurately maintain all leasing documentation, typing work orders, helping current tenants, and coordinating the full cycle of Lease Renewal paperwork.
The Leasing Consultant position requires excellent organizational and customer service skills. Qualified individuals must have demonstrated the ability to successfully work with people and demonstrate aptitude for sales and customer service.
