Seeking dedicate, enthusiastic full-time Administrative Secretary/ Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities to include to basic office duties (answering phones, faxing, some bookkeeping, typing, office ma operations and Computer and Data skills , preparing office paperwork). Assist in special projects, may managing a number of different projects or activities at one time must be able to multi task . Manage daily activities.
Hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm - Ever-other Saturday

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years office experience and good work ethic is a must
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
- Strong attention to detail. Must be well organized along with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team setting accurately without direct supervision
- Manage and track service agreements
- QuickBooks knowledge and payroll knowledge is a plus but not needed.
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work with and interact well with others
