Our Property Management Company is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our Townhome Community, located in Farmington, NY.
We are currently accepting applications for a qualified part time Leasing Consultant. We are seeking a candidate that understands the importance of customer service and supports the philosophy of going above and beyond our tenants expectations.
This position plays a huge role in a busy and fast paced office setting.
The Ideal Candidate should possess:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Sales and Customer Service experience
-Effective Communication
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer savvy
-Experience with Craigslist and Yardi
-Ability to meet deadlines with Grace Hill online training courses
-Critical thinking, sound decision-making and time management skills are must haves
-Professional demeanor
-Attention to detail and strong organization skills
-Ability to assimilate information
-Valid driver's license and transportation required.
Responsibilities Include but not Limited to:
The Leasing Consultant is primarily responsible for leasing townhomes, responding to telephone and email inquiries, scheduling appointments, greeting prospects, completing guest cards, showing townhomes and amenities to all prospects, submitting work orders, assisting current tenants and coordinating the full cycle of Lease Renewal paperwork.
This position is part time and the hours can average up to 10-12 hours per week. Some afternoons, every Sunday and some holidays may be required
