Looking for a part-time position where you can put those strong customer service skills to good use? Auction Direct USA in Victor is a busy car dealership looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our team. We offer competitive pay, holiday pay and a FRIENDLY environment!
Part-time schedule will include 2-3 Afternoon/Nights per week and Alternating Saturday hours.
WE ARE FLEXIBLE on the schedule! Possibility of additional hours if desired!
Job Responsibilities - Welcomes our guests, enters contact information into our customer management database, answers incoming phone calls, accurately completes and prints sales contracts and delivery documents, and assists our Sales Managers with other administrative duties. Ideal candidate has previous related experience, is detail oriented, computer literate, and is willing to go the extra mile to help a customer with a concern.
