Job Duties:
This position is necessary to keep the facility in compliance with CMS and Joint Commission standards.
This position will be responsible for clerical duties within the Quality Improvement Department.
They will be tasked with entering data into NIMRS in a timely manner to ensure compliance with CMS and Joint Commission standards.
This position will also keep minutes for the Utilization Review Committee and will process and submit federally mandated data.
They will also support the Medical Records department with the collection and distribution of legal paperwork for the facility.
All the tasks above are crucial to maintaining compliance with state and federal mandates.

Job Duties:
The clerical temp position is vital in maintaining all time and attendance data entry for the SHTA nursing staff in the regional forensic unit, numbering fifty plus staff members.
Department: Adult Services Unit
Job Duties:
Job duties would include filing and purging for 84 patient charts, sorting and delivering patient and staff mail daily, ordering supplies for the 3 wards, completing and mailing monthly treatment plan letters to patient's families/friends, copying and/or scanning of patient documents as needed.
The clerical contractor is requested to help support the operation of the ASU's clerical department.

Job Duties:
The Temp individual will assist our current pharmacy aide and staff in filling the gap in duties left behind since we are currently down two pharmacy aides.
They will perform assigned tasks under the direct supervision of the licensed pharmacists on staff.
Filling unit dose medication carts
Repackaging medications
Preparing labels and documents needed for pharmacy operations
Generating reports requested
Answering telephone calls and the door,
Maintaining the pharmacy's inventory
Delivering medications and med carts to individual units/nursing staff.
