Responsibilities and Duties: As a Leasing Consultant you will be the first point of contact for anyone calling, visiting or emailing the property. The primary role of the Leasing Consultant is to tour, showcase our apartment homes and to execute leases! The ideal candidate will be outgoing, positive, customer service professional and can show a genuine interest in the people walking through the property door, while keeping focus on executing the rental.
Important Skills & Qualifications: Reliable Car, Valid Driver's License, Professional Attire, Ability to Work with Others, the Ability to Multitask & Prioritize, Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook
Quick memory recall, Detail orientated and the ability to multitask while staying organized. Willingness to walk around property, even in inclement weather.
Hours are: Saturday and Sunday (11am-4pm)
