We are looking for a Client Services Specialist with SEM experience to assist our Real Estate clients with their online marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will help our clients maximize the use of their Onjax Web Platform. The role will also include the management of internal and client SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing in order to maximize ROI in new customer acquisition for our sales team and for our clients. The Client Success Manager will also assist clients with Social Media Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Execute client reviews to identify deficiencies with use of the Onjax Web Platform and related online marketing
Create action plans for optimal success
Train Realtors on practical use of the platform, including content creation, social sharing and SEO best practices.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
Create graphics for re-targeting and social ads
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Work with the development and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code and content creation
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Requirements:
Prior customer service experience
Real Estate industry experience at any level would be ideal
SEM experience managing PPC campaigns.
Understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics)
Experience with bid management tools (e.g. Wordstream, AdStage) preferred
Solid understanding of best practices in SEO and SEM
