Responsibilities
To greet all customers with a positive attitude and smile To assist customers with regards to their specific needs.
Responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant environment for our customers.
Continually review and refine product knowledge of boats that we sell as well as competitors to sell against and take in trade. Keep space neat and orderly, including mild showroom maintenance. Follow dealership dress codes and be well groomed at all times
Passion to grow and prosper in the marine business is critical.
Attend all meetings and report to work as required by the sales manager
Understand that customer flow dictates hours worked and that there will often be times when employees will be required to stay at the dealership later than the dealership's posted closing time. Weekend scheduling is a must.
Knowledge of marine industry culture is helpful. Strong customer service skills. Reliable, with a good work ethic. Self-motivated, willing to self-cultivate
