Job Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and live chats from customers
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide brewing advice to customers
Assist customers with selecting and purchasing new equipment
Set up merchandise repairs and/or returns
Requirements:
Previous work experience in technical support, sales, and/or customer service
Two years of consecutive employment in a professional field
40 hour weekly availability including nights and weekends, with overtime offered in the holiday season
Ability to work with a team, and independently
Friendly, upbeat attitude
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Barista or coffee related work experience
Desired Skills
Previous call center experience beneficial, but not required
Critical thinking and self initiation
