INSIDE SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST - Henrietta, NY
This position offers a competitive salary based on experience ($35,000-40,000+ bonus), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
Daily activities will involve:
Communication with industrial customers vendors primarily via phone and email.
Development of customer quotes and RFQs to vendors
Keeping detailed records of sales opportunities from inquiry to customer receipt of products
Attention to detail is paramount for this role
Support of outside sales team
Regular contact with vendors and suppliers
Order entry into ERP and CRM systems
Participate in regular product training sessions in house and occasionally at vendor locations
Superior candidates will have:
Have an understanding of industrial applications (Not Required)
Experience using CRM and ERP systems
Experience creating sales quotes
