Small but growing software company in the healthcare space is looking for a Technical Sales and Support Director.
Responsibilities include:
Providing web-based demonstrations of our software product
Writing and providing custom quotations and necessary follow-ups to prospects
Providing on-boarding support and training to customers on an as-needed basis
Providing general marketing support and marketing material design
Our ideal candidate would have practical experience in one or more of the following:
Selling and/or supporting on online software systems
Healthcare sales or experience working in any general healthcare environment
Marketing: including design of brochures, minor website modifications, SEO
Technical documentation and writing
Candidate must have good communication skills, and be comfortable selling via on-line platforms (GoToMeeting, etc.) to groups of 1 to 10 people.
