Pink Rose Home Service is looking to add more home improvement / bathroom installers to our team. Our guys LOVE this work, and we love having them on our team.
We need truly happy, smart guys that have their shit together and enjoy remodeling. Someone who can pay attention to detail (hint hint, better read this whole job post.) Fitting in with our culture is just as important than having the skills. Helping customers is the goal, but making sure you love your job and enjoy what you’re doing is our #1 priority.
This is an employee position with performance-based pay. If you are efficient and know what you’re doing, you can expect to make $60,000/year, plus we provide the truck or pay you a vehicle allowance if you use yours. We also have a 401k match, a potential monthly bonus and paid holidays.
For this position, the projects are one-man jobs with a laborer when necessary. All of the jobs are sold by a salesperson and then reviewed in a weekly sales meeting to ensure that the labor and material allocated is correct.
We need people who are skilled in all aspects of remodeling from a bathroom to a basement. You must have experience in plumbing, electric, drywall, tile, flooring, painting and carpentry. Not only that, you must be organized and be able to efficiently set up the job, procure materials, and direct laborers. Being able to follow instructions and understand a spec sheet and design plans is key, but you also need to be able to think on your feet when unforeseen conditions arise.
