FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / ROCHESTER, NY - IMMEDIATE OPENING

2nd SHIFT / WEEKDAYS / 3:30PM â 12:00AM / PAID WEEKLY!
DESIRED SKILLS WEâRE LOOKING FOR YOU TO HAVE:
⢠1-2+ years prior maintenance skills -- drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, cleaning, snow removal and general maintenance repair skills; HVAC helpful or will train.
⢠Prior apartment or home repair maintenance skills helpful.
⢠Like to be busy; organized; take pride in your work.
⢠Like a variety of projects â indoors and outdoors.
⢠Friendly, good customer services skills to interact with contractors, residents, team members, visitors.
⢠Minimum high school diploma/GED equivalent required.
⢠Must be a self-starter, motivated and flexible to handle on-call emergencies when scheduled on a rotation basis.
⢠Able to work occasional Overtime when needed/scheduled.
⢠Must be able to lift a maximum of 100 lbs. on occasion with frequent lifting, carrying up to 50 lbs.
⢠Reliable transportation required â to purchase supplies when needed, cover on-call resident repairs.
⢠On-call responsibilities will be on a rotational basis, every 5th week from 12:00am â 7:00am.
⢠Background and drug screenings conducted.
