We are a small company that owns 18 residential rental units along with two office buildings with many small office suites. We are currently looking for part time help in skilled property maintenance/remodeling. Some of the tasks would include drywall, plumbing, electrical, tile work, miscellaneous repairs, light painting, and all other property maintenance tasks. This is a 1099 position.
