Job Summary: Ideal candidate would focus on the powersport product knowledge.
Responsibilities
To greet all customers with a positive attitude and smile To assist customers with regards to their specific needs and requests utilizing the dealership process
Responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant environment for our customers at all times
Be familiar with and follow all dealership processes/policies and procedures at all times
Continually review and refine product knowledge of vehicles that we sell (and also of vehicles that our competitors sell)Keep space neat and orderly (including showroom maintenance; new and used product cleanliness)Follow dealership dress codes and be well groomed at all times
Passion to grow and prosper in the powersport business
Attend all meetings and report to work as required by the sales manager
Understand that customer flow dictates closing times, and that there will often be times when employees will be required to stay at the dealership later than the dealership's posted closing time
Qualifications
Knowledge of power sports equipment
Strong customer service skills
Reliable, with a good work ethic
Self-motivated, willing to self-cultivate
