Position Title: Accounts PayablePay: $25 - $30/hr - Paid weekly!Location: Purchase, NYIndustry: Insurance - a leading global specialty provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance.Responsibilities Include: Insurance Experience Required! Processes daily invoices and claim payments. Addresses daily payment exceptions report and assists with data entry of SAP Business Partner changes/updates. Assists with FedEx Special Handling payments to our clients. Handles voids and claim refund transactions. Ensures voids/stop payments are handled in a timely manner to avoid duplicate payments. Enters and allocates cash receipts for claim refund transactions. First point of contact for claim payment inquires and composes responses/solutions to routine inquires and decide which items can be escalated to the Manager. Reviews of new vendor requests in SAP for both Business Partner to ensure that vendor documentation complies with company policies, guidelines and procedures as set out by the procurement and finance groups. Vendor/supplier maintenance into SAP (ERP) system. Special projects including 1099 reporting – willing to assist with the prep for data requirement of 1099 reportingBenefits:Opportunity to work with a large international leading insurance company
