Established Oswego County company seeks a motivated candidate with a minimum of 2 years strong collection experience collecting on past due accounts over the phone and in person. Candidate will have a positive, pleasant demeanor, enjoy working with a diverse clientele, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, an excellent work ethic, and a valid NYS drivers license. Previous experience with a collection agency, collection attorney, bank/finance company or rent-to-own company is a plus!
This position is full time M-F; 9am-6pm and rotating Saturdays 9am-2pm. When working Saturday, you will have a day off during the week.
