We are currently hiring an experienced Customer Support Representative for our Corporate location in Auburn, NY.
Responsibilities:
Handle a large volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty parts and service
Work to establish business relationships with customers, able to speak the customers language
Know how to access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changes
Provide important communications link between customers and technicians
Aid sales representatives with research of products, pricing availability and applications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer support role with strong communication skills
Must have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn products
Proficient in MS Office and other computer functions
Experience with working in a fast paced, office environment
Candidates will work with an experienced staff and participate in regular training activities.
