Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Regional Office: Syracuse, NY
Reporting To: Regional Manager
Job Purpose: To undertake sales and customer service duties required to communicate billing information and product/service details to new customer and be responsible for facilitating new customer account application processes.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate effectively and professionally with new and existing customers.
Attend continuous department meeting to complete ongoing required training.
Provide billing breakdown to customers to ensure their understanding of NYS processes.
Determine customer's eligibility for energy deregulation products.
Assist customers through the application process for new services
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
The representative will work under the supervision of Regional Managers and Team Coordinators but will also be expected to work independently under their own initiative. There is a need of excellent communication and continued maintenance of relationships with all staff in the regional office.
SCHEDULE:
Representatives are expected to work 5 days per week; Monday - Friday shifts are available.
