Daily Tasks:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Contribute to the addition of new customers while retaining current customers.
Provide detailed product information.
Adapt to changing environments and embrace obstacles.
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
