Inside Sales Enterprise Cable Account ManagerTracking Code133-317Job DescriptionSUMMARY:Are you a sales person that would like full control of your income potential? We are looking for someone who can build relationships quickly, has a “hunter mentality”, and is patient with longer sales cycles. This person must be comfortable working via the phone in a team environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Develop, grow, and maintain strategic relationships at all levels within assigned territory.

Actively cold call, prospect, and develop pipeline for new business.

Readily identify customers who fit the CABLExpress data center profile.

Engage appropriate internal resources as necessary to support sales.

Ability to communicate CABLExpress solution and value proposition to customer.

Proactively & accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, yearly margin results for your territory.

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.

Sales product focus on Data Center, Enterprise Cabling, and Storage Area Network (SAN) environments.

Demonstrates expertise and ability to position assigned product sets above to customer.

Maintain current knowledge of industry and market place by subscribing to trade publications, e-zines etc.

Maintain constant interaction with Cable Products Group.

Participate as a collaborative member of a sales team and sales territory.

Provide customer feedback and industry information to sales management and company leaders.

Attend sales and product training as required

Assume additional responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have an Associate’s degree.

Will consider 24 months of sales experience in lieu of degree.

Must have 12 months sales experience.

Technical sales, strategic account sales experience preferred.

Successful cold-calling abilities.

Proven self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be very comfortable using the telephone for sales activity.

Strong project management, organizational stills preferred.

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, while demonstrating strong attention to detail, appreciation of deadlines, and commitment to follow-up is essential.

Strong customer service.

Exhibit strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form.

Ability to use Windows based computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Potential ability for travel – trade shows and/or customer visits.

Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to the job and the company core values.

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization by our company for this position now or in the future.

Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour from Syracuse or moving to the area within 30 days
