Responsibilities include filing, updating student records, inventory maintenance and ordering supplies. Incumbent will assist faculty and students regarding academic program policies and procedures; provide support to the preceptorship affiliation agreement process and the Blackboard learning management system. Provide support to distance learning programs. Will develop and maintain departmental databases, create and distribute faculty calendars, coordinate and attend curriculum meetings, assist faculty with class & exam schedules, room requests and travel arrangements.Minimum Qualifications:Associate's Degree and 2 years of related administrative experience or combination of education and experience required.
