Job Openings and Descriptions:
SERVER - 1 year minimum experience in a High Volume, Fast Paced nightclub and/or restaurant required. Experience using a POS touchscreen system a plus. We ask that you be at least 18 years of age to be considered. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Bartending experience a plus.
FOOD RUNNER -This is a great entry level position in the hospitality field. You will work alongside an excellent Kitchen staff. Your job is to make sure the correct food orders go to the correct tables. Help the servers when needed. Learning the menu, table numbers and other procedures will be necessary. Duties include but are not limited to assisting in the basic prep of the kitchen and showroom. Assist in the turning tables in between shows, clearing dishes to the kitchen. Some dish washing may also be required on certain nights. We are looking for someone who is available 2-5 nights. We ask that you be at least 18 years of age and you must be able to lift 50lbs.
LINE COOKS- We are seeking experienced, dedicated individuals that are familiar with cooking high volume dinner shifts while making food presentable and cooked to perfection. These tasks entail heavy lifting, hot components, fast paced output, ticket order comprehension, cleaning, preparation, sanitation. At least 1 year cooking experience is required. Must be 18 years or older and must be able to lift 80 lbs.
