We're looking for experienced and professional server to join our team and lead the FOH. Must have a positive attitude, a sense of humor, enjoy serving customers and supervising staff.
IDEAL SKILLS:
Advanced knowledge of wine
Management experience in a bar, restaurant or hotel.
Minimum of five years' experience in a restaurant
Customer Service fanatic
Excellent communication skills
Always positive attitude

Well-organized
Detail-oriented
Extensive knowledge about wine and food pairings is a plus.
The lead server is a pivotal position as he/she is in charge of the entire customer experience. This starts with the customer's entering the restaurant until each customer exits. This means you are in charge of every employee that comes in contact with customers along with all areas that the customer will inhabit. You MANAGE the perception, the entire experience from beginning to end, the employee interaction, and of course any and all customer complaints as they arise.
DUTIES
Train employees to anticipate and meet customer needs
Interview potential FOH staff
Create and manage employee schedule
Oversee promotional activities including booking events and parties
Manage employee contests or other employee engagement opportunities
Cross Training with BOH - you will learn some prep & oven skills!
