Job Summary:
Bartender / Server / Host position for an individual who is truly passionate about the hospitality business. Someone who is excited to be part of a team with a company committed to providing a great customer experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
No bartending, serving or hosting experience needed (we look forward to training the right individual).
Greeting customers, seating, serving and helping fellow team members as needed.
Communicate effectively with customers and helping them with our offerings.
Knowledge of beer, spirits and wine are a plus - however not necessary.
Professional and enthusiastic attitude.
Ensure cleanliness of work area, set-up and stock before and after shift.
Abilities Needed for Position:
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to create memorable guest connections through your communication and our offerings.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide an exceptional guest service.
Ability to be counted on.
Ability to use good judgment skills.
Days, Hours and Pay for Position:
Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
Hours: 8:00PM to 1:00AM.
Pay: $8.00 an hour plus tips.
