Francesca's Cucina is in search for a team player for our fast paced kitchen. This person should have some culinary experience and an interest in presenting modern food. To view our menu please visit our website at www.francescas-cucina.com .

The following criteria are what we expect from the applicants:

1. Schedule- Four lunch shifts and five dinner shifts. This is an average of 40 plus hours a week.

2. Expectations- The items for this station are: constructing and plating specialized salads, creating homemade dressings (from Francesca's recipes) heating and plating hot appetizers, plating cold appetizers, and plating homemade desserts. It is important that this person be professional and ambitious.We are looking for a self starter who can make this station there own.

3. Creativity - You must have the ability to present food with pride and passion. It is crucial that plate presentation isn't compromised when the restaurant is busy and a high volume of orders are being handled. Plate design, recipe execution, and knife skills must be above average as well.
