Objective: Deliver food to customers and represent the Pita Pit in a positive manner while outside of the restaurant.
Responsibilities: Facilitate filling delivery orders and delivering food in a safe, friendly, and effective manner to customers outside of the Pita Pit.
Duties:
All Delivery Driver crew members must:
ï· Possess all skills and engage in responsibilities required and set forth for the Food Prep, Grill and Pita Roller positions.
ï· Possess a valid state issued driver's license as well as any other store specific requirements for driving a company or privately-owned vehicle for work related purposes. (There may be an exception if store deliveries can be made via walking or bicycle).
ï· Make and count back correct change.
ï· Follow directions and read a map.
ï· Administer deliveries efficiently and safely following all laws and rules of the road.
ï· Perform other duties such as prepping, grilling, cleaning or rolling pitas in the event that there are no delivery orders.
ï· Must wear an authorized Pita Pit uniform at all times and adhere to all personal hygiene rules as sort forth by the GEPG and the Health Department
