POSITION AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY FOR A SOUS CHEF AND EXPERIENCED LINE COOK TO HELP MANAGE AND RUN FULL SERVICE KITCHEN. NEEDS TO BE AVAILABLE DAYS, NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS. MUST BE ABLE TO DESIGN DAILY SPECIALS, PREPARE FOOD, WORK ON THE LINE, CONTROL FOOD COST AND INVENTORY, HELP WITH TRAINING AND STAFFING, PREPARE ITEMS AS SPECIFIED, COST OUT MENU ITEMS, HELP ORGANIZE FOOD FOR PARTIES AND CATERING.
