We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team at Vintage Management
Hours are 9A.M-5P.M.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining cleanliness of buildings and common areas- sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe down of surfaces
Assisting with basic maintenance repairs- light bulbs, smoke detectors, etc.
Some office duties- occasional filing, delivering notices, cleaning of offices, etc.
Occasional Apartment make-ready duties
Must be RELIABLE
Must have own transportation (Will pay mileage)
We will provide cleaning supplies
