Cortland based E.O.E. landscape maintenance company Premier Property Service is expanding & in search of laborers/operators. Positions are both part & full time.
Requirements are as follows: positive attitude & punctual. Knowledge in the landscape & mowing field. Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Able to work alone, operate commercial mowing equipment/power tools & heavy equipment. Able to communicate on a daily basis with supervisor & customers. Must have a valid drivers license, pass a drug test & willing to be a team player. Pay will be strictly based on experience. Typical hrs are Monday thru Friday with OT available, but will vary as the seasons change. 2 years minimum experience preferred- on the job training offered.
