CNY Asset Management, LLC is hiring for 2 full time maintenance positions (www.cnyassetmanagement.com). Looking for a jack of all trades along with another person that is a fast worker to do apartment turnovers (Paint, Clean and little repairs). Must have own transportation and own hand tools. Big tools will be provided by the company but small hand tools are the responsibility of the employee. Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation after 90 days on the job. Company does not limit overtime. If you want to work hard, I will reward you by paying you time and a half. Must be able to pass a drug test, background check and a physical fitness test. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
