American Food & VendingÂis one of the largest privately held corporate culinary and refreshment service providers in the United States. Having experienced double-digit annual growth for two straight decades, we are also growing fast! Currently we are hiring Service Technicians to supportÂRefreshment Services. Our technicians responds to service calls to validate malfunctions and ask swiftly to correct issues.ÂCompany vehicle, tools and supplies are provided. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 1st shift with some on-call weekend shifts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, maintain, and repair beverage dispensing equipment with an emphasis coffee and waterÂ
Connect water pipes and electrical wires; ensure that installations are compliant with plumbing, electrical and sanitation codes and standards
Conduct routine maintenance; clean and oil machine parts and adjust machine pressure gauges and thermostats
Respond to service calls by taking a preliminary visual survey to look for loose wires or leaks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical school, Certification, or Associates Degree in related field preferred
3+ years of relevant experience, able to lift up to 30 lbs
Basic knowledge of microprocessors, integrated circuits, robotics and automated functions
NY driver's license in good standing, pass a standard background check /drug test
