Busy landscaping and snow plowing company looking to hire a full time office administrator. Applicants must be organized, reliable, and hard working. This is a Monday through Friday position. During snow storms, this position does allow for working remotely from home with use of company laptop and cellphone.
Quickbooks experience preferred, but willing to train if necessary.
Must be proficient in Word & Excel. At least one year of customer service experience required.
Daily duties include answering phone calls and emails, billing, sorting mail and depositing checks.
Pay is dependent on experience.
Commission can be earned on sales for accounts.
