Part time site manager for busy self storage facility. Responsibilities include answering the telephone, responding to customer inquiries, renting space, maintaining records in a neat and orderly fashion, invoicing, payment processing, responding to delinquencies both by telephone and written communication, collecting rent and making daily deposits. Job requires light maintenance skills, basic computer knowledge and skills and excellent customer service skills. Must be self motivated and organized, responsible for keeping up the curb appeal, general cleanliness and efficient function of the site. Pay is based on experience.
