Lou’s Car Care Center is seeking an outgoing Automotive Service Advisor with 3+ years of on-the-job experience presenting maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic estimates for Domestic, Asian & European vehicles to join our growing team. We have remained busy during this Pandemic and have keep our entire team employed and safe for the duration. In this role, you will serve as the front facing image of our business and act as a liaison between our loyal customers and technicians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the in-take and cashing out of customers, daily scheduling of service appointments, proper write-up of work orders, sales of services and repairs, ordering parts and more! Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:
Must have 3 years’ experience service advising and writing
Must have solid computer skills Including Tablets
Must have a strong drive to succeed
Must be open to learning every minute of every day
Must have a genuine love for helping people
Must have Patience you can't rush quality
