General Position Description:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our clients boat building organization. In this position you will be responsible for communication with the dealer network along with the sales force while interfacing with the manufacturing facility.
Duties:
Strive to build, maintain, and create strong dealer relationships.
Customer concern resolution
Manage orders and shipments while assuring accuracy and attention to detail
Understanding of options and boat specs to help guide dealers and sales people through order process
Education and Work Experience/Requirements:
Marine Industry Experience required
CRM experience
Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field preferred
E-commerce and social media experience
5+ years of experience within sales, account management and/or customer service
Boating experience
Understanding of the boat buying experience
Utilization of Microsoft Office Products with emphasis on superior Excel and Power Point skills.
This position is based in our clients facility in the Northeast Travel may be required during the January through April boat show season.
