Seeking a Field Sales Manager to train, lead and motivate a direct sales team, including Team Leads and salespeople. Requirements:
o MUST have door to door sales experience
o Experience training & managing a sales team
o Track record of exceeding sales goals
o Honesty, integrity, and positive attitude
o High school diploma; college degree preferred
o Willingness to learn our proven sales process
