As a Remote Technician, you'll join our Service Team providing level 3 tech support to our customers using our patented iProtector & System One Platforms over the phone or Internet. Additionally, you will work and communicate with other Remote Technicians to ensure that our customer needs are met in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to servicing customers as assigned by System One schedule, supporting customer needs and maintaining a line of communication as those issues are resolved or addressed, performing systems maintenance, resolving issues with IT systems, supporting systems' general function along with antivirus, backup, anti-spam, and patch software and upgrades, and any tasks assigned.
This is a great opportunity for a Technician with existing experience looking to work with a team of professionals and learn new IT skills.
8-Years of IT Professional Services supporting user systems is required
Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of Office 365 Systems Administration and Support a plus
Certifications and Education a plus
Typical hours of work are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m., second shift is also available as are weekends
