D&W is seeking a Production Scheduler for our remanufacturing facility in Auburn, New York. The successful candidate will be a primary contact for coordinating workflow within the departments and supporting our branch personnel.
Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Manage customer orders to meet due date commitments
Schedule daily workload for technicians
Communicate quotes to internal customers
Process warranty requests
Requirements
5+ years experience working in a scheduling or similar environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and problem solve
Efficient and accurate in computer functions
