We specialize in Residential and Commercial Building Construction and we are in search of a Lead Carpenter who has the ability to work independently on a variety of jobs from small handyman type repairs to full additions/remodels etc.
We are located in Oneida NY and typically work within Oneida NY and occasionally up to a 25 to 50 mile radius of Oneida. Booked with work for 2019
Job Duties:
New Construction
Additions
Remodeling
Kitchens
Baths
Siding
Windows
Doors
Electrical
Plumbing
Requirements:
*You must have a valid drivers license
*Must have own tools of the building trade, with adequate transportation and ability to work independently.
*Dedication to your team, our company, and our clients.
*Need to posses a positive working attitude, with problem solving skills.
*Have to have a neat and clean appearance, along with skills in, estimating smaller projects, Change Orders and knowledge of all phases of construction including electrical and plumbing.
*Need to be comfortable, working in a fast pace environment.
