I AM STILL LOOKING, CONTRACTOR BLEW OFF THE JOB I bought a house at auction to renovate. I have several of them already. I am doing some of the renovation work, but it's too much for me to do all on my own because I already have a full time job. I need a contractor who can do pretty much anything needed to be done in a house. Right now I am looking for a couple exterior doors to be installed, a couple interior doors to be installed, a significant amount of drywall repair and prep, chimney repair and a cap put on, build a small knee wall at the top of the stairs. Depending on my time and your prices, a full gutted bathroom build, and same with the kitchen. Whole house interior painting, some ext painting, trim repair etc. I am almost finished with all of the demo so that part of everything will be taken care of. I also need a new water line service installed if you are capable of digging and doing it.
I need someone who will be dedicated to the project FULL TIME, 40 hours a week until completed with a couple of guys or more. You need to be insured and have your own tools and vehicles. If you do not meet these basic requirements first, do not bother contacting me, I will not give you the job. Don't mean to be rude, but I get too many unqualified crackhead contractors applying for these jobs. Never ends up well for either party.
Texting or email is my preferred method of contact, I always have my phone on me and its easier to keep all the conversations straight.
