We are looking for experience maintenance workers and sub contractors to asisst us with maintenance on rental units in the city of Syracuse. Must have your own tools and reliable transportation. Work ranges from clogged toilets all the way up to full apartment rehabs. Please do not contact us if you do not know how to do general repairs. We are looking for someone competent, dependable and honest. If you are those things you can be very successful and make great money working for us. If you do good work you will have unlimited jobs.
We are also looking for an HVAC subcontractor to handle any heating issues this winter. We are looking for same day service when issues arise. We average about 15 heating service calls a week.
