Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will work in the Human Resources Department and act as the front-line interface to employees, directing employee inquiries to the appropriate parties. They will partner with the rest of the Human Resources Team to ensure compliance and organization, as well as support employees, internal processes, and other HR related initiatives.
Essential Job Functions
The Administrative Assistantmust be friendly and professional, detail oriented, and extremely organized. Must understand the importance of confidentiality. Must be capable of maintaining information on an Excel spreadsheet. Must have exceptional time management and communication skills.

No prior HR experience is required, but experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is preferred.
