Job Description

DIRECTOR OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

The

Director of Professional Serviceswill be responsible and accountable for our Integration practice and the provision of services for external clients. This thriving and growing practice’s offerings include software integration, data migration and transformation, business process automation, partner management and more. We are seeking a strong leader that promotes and enables operational excellence and successful client implementations that provide customers with measurable value. This individual must possess experience and strength in the areas of complex project management, external client consulting, professional services financial measurement and management, team leadership, people development, problem-solving and solution development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include:

· Execution of client delivery including strategy, technology, and process.

· Ensuring client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and customer value.

· Meeting financial targets and the team’s chargeability targets

· Collaborating with Sales to ensure project scope is met and we are delivering superior services that exceeds expectations.

· Enabling training and support for Services team members that they need to deliver high quality services to our customers.

· Collaborating with peers in Services leadership and PMO to provide thought leadership regarding trends, technologies and the needs of customers.

· Serving as an escalation for customer issues

· Collaborating with sales to create new Statements of Work and service offerings.

· Conducting performance management evaluations of staff in accordance with the department goals.

· Supporting our training and assessment standards to educate the professional services team members on their respective technologies, product(s) and services offerings.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements include:

· 7+ years’ experience in a Director / Practice Leader role leading Professional Services projects utilizing both technical and non-technical resources

· 5+ years managing people managers as well as highly skilled senior technical resources

· Bachelor’s Degree - Business or Technology or equivalent experience

· Technical and/or Project certifications a plus

· Experience managing technical service offerings as well as creating new offerings based on customer and market need

· Extensive experience at defining, implementing, and continually improving standards processes and procedures utilizing industry best practice

· Experience successfully working within a matrix organization structure

· Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time, on budget and with the approved scope

· Demonstrated leadership, organizational and communication skills

· Strong customer skills

· Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes and implement procedures

· Results oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple objectives

· Expert at managing large complex technical integrated projects/programs

· Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to develop and motivate high-performing and diverse teams

· Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Excel
